Blog resurrected

Wow! I have been quite irresponsible with my blogger duties as of late. But to my defense, I have been a "little" bit busy with some other things going on in life. Nonetheless, I apologize for allowing my blog to become quite stagnant.

Aside from the wedding planning duties (which I know people don't want to read about), nothing too eventful has been going on in P-town.

On my quest to lose some weight before the big day, I had successfully lost about 5 pounds. However, thanks to the wonderful restaurants and bars in downtown Chicago I managed to put 3 of them back on during a recent business trip. Fortunately, I went for a dress fitting yesterday and it still fits! Hopefully it still will after Thanksgiving and Mom's turkey dumplings!

In addition to Thanksgiving this week, I am also highly anticipating a little pre-wedding trip to Vegas in less than two weeks and counting with my good friends, Heather and Sherry. We always manage to find some fun ways to kill time when we're out there. :) One might think that I should have plenty of things to blog about when I return from Sin City, but as everyone knows by now what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

I have some more stories and pics to share, but I figured I better keep this short since I haven't blogged in awhile. Have to ease back into it- don't want to pull something!
